As a regional representative, you'll have a key role in making a real difference for children. You are Bris' voice and strength locally and regionally, working to ensure more children have their rights upheld. This position is part of the Regional Department with colleagues in Luleå, Umeå, Linköping, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö. You will drive and develop Bris' activities in the southern region, based out of our office in Malmö. About the Role In this role, you'll be a central figure in: Strengthening commitment to children's rights and spreading knowledge about Bris' work. Recruiting, coordinating, and inspiring volunteers who want to contribute to a better society for children. Planning and conducting networking meetings and outreach activities that strengthen Bris' presence in the region. Building strategic partnerships with public officials, civil society, and politicians to influence and develop society in a direction where children's rights are central. Lecturing and training working professionals to strengthen the children's rights perspective in their work. You'll also play an important role in the strategic development of Bris' regional cooperation, including securing funding through applications and reporting to municipalities, regions, foundations, and other funders. The work also involves driving and developing cooperation agreements in line with Bris' overall strategy. Who You Are: This outward-facing role requires you to be relationship-oriented, communicative, and collaborative. You're an experienced networker who knows how to capture people's attention and convey a message. The role is independent, which demands strong drive and prioritization skills. Your work will be implemented and followed up based on activity plans, key metrics, and individual goals. You have regular check-ins and report to the regional manager. To succeed, you need to be flexible and comfortable quickly switching between different tasks based on operational needs. Required Qualifications: You hold a university degree of at least 180 higher education credits in, for example, political science, human rights, behavioral science, or other education/experience the employer deems equivalent. You have knowledge and experience in navigating a membership organization and energizing and developing volunteer efforts. Strong speaking and writing skills in Swedish and English. Class B driver's license is required. Meritorious: Experience seeking funding from municipalities/regions/foundations or similar organizations and experience working with various cooperation agreements. Project and/or process management experience. Good to Know About the Position: The position is full-time. You'll work with goal-oriented working hours. It's a broad role where you work remotely and need to be flexible, as the position involves travel throughout the region and some evening and weekend work. We use a 6-month probationary period.
