Linn, one of our employees, tells you: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal cards, keep an eye on the game, and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the mood. One evening you might have a table full of brides-to-be, the next night a company on a holiday party, and then a great group out for after-work drinks. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy meeting people. You'll learn the rest through Cherry's free internal training. Why this job?
