Linn, one of our employees, shares: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game and make sure everyone's having a good time. You set the vibe. One evening you might have a table full of girls on a bachelorette party, the next evening a company at their holiday dinner, and then a fun group out for after-work drinks. You're the face of the operation – warm, clear, professional. And no, you don't need to know anything about cards or games. All that's required is that you're social, calm under pressure and actually enjoy meeting people. Everything else you'll learn in Cherry's free in-house training. Why this job specifically?
