Julia, one of our team members, shares her experience: What the job actually involves: You stand at the blackjack table, deal the cards, keep track of the game and make sure everyone is having a good time. You set the vibe. One evening you might have a table full of girls on a bachelorette party, the next night a company on their Christmas party, and then a great group out for after-work drinks.
