NATIONAL MENTAL HEALTH CENTRE, State SIA (Reg.No.50003342481) invites you to join the team Finance Planning and Accounting Department Economics Division Tvaika Street 2, Riga BUSINESS ANALYST (profession code: 2421 13) (for an indefinite period on a full-time basis) Your main responsibilities: Investigate and organize financial aspects related to NMHC's economic activities organization and management. Identify situations and opportunities in NMHC's operations and provide solutions that help achieve NMHC's goals. Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify improvement areas, develop and implement solutions. Conduct independent business process reviews and develop optimization strategies. Manage projects, develop project plans and oversee activities. Manage centralized operational risk identification and assessment processes. Use risk management, business continuity assurance, management accounting, and internal and external audit results in planning and monitoring the execution of approved plans. We are looking for a colleague who has: At least Level 2 higher education in economics or finance. At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. Experience in analysis and synthesis methods and techniques, knowledge of the operating principles and usage rules of technical tools used in work. Experience in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations, as well as experience in calculating costs of services and other types of operations will be considered an advantage. Analytical, conceptual thinking and documentation skills. Planning, organizational and time management skills. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other office equipment. High sense of responsibility, initiative and ability to work in a team. State language proficiency in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
