With us, you'll have a broad and varied role where you work closely with our customers, sales team, and other parts of the business. As a customer service and order associate, you are an important contact for our customers and contribute to creating a professional and smooth experience – from first contact and order through delivery and follow-up.
About the Role
In this role, you will work with, among other things:
Customer service and ongoing customer contact
Order receiving and order management
Sales support
Transport and logistics inquiries
Invoice management
Other administrative tasks
You will work with several parts of the business and therefore need to be comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once, be able to prioritize, and enjoy finding solutions when new questions come up.

Since much of the work takes place in our digital systems, you need to be comfortable working with different digital tools and platforms.
Experience in customer service, order management, administration, sales, or logistics is a plus. If you also have experience from the wood industry, we see that as an extra advantage. For us, your attitude, engagement, and willingness to develop are equally important.
