The work tasks are varied and can include: Personal care and assistance with daily activities, such as hygiene and meals Social support through presence and activities that promote health and well-being Assistance with care and support services in collaboration with colleagues and licensed staff Observations of changes in the client's health and contact with responsible staff when needed Documentation and work based on implementation plans. Qualifications Requirements: B-class driver's license Meritorious: Experience working in home care, or in another area of elderly care previously You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. We're looking for someone who can quickly read and adapt to changed circumstances and situations. Since a lot of exciting things happen in elderly care, we also want you to be someone who sees change positively, finds it easy to take in new information and new working methods, and shares both successes and setbacks with us—that's how we improve and develop! Good to Know To be called for an interview, you must be able to provide proof of a passing grade in Swedish 1 at upper secondary level or equivalent. If this is lacking, you will be asked to complete a digital language test. Upon a job offer, you must provide an acceptable extract from the Police's criminal record and suspicion register. For this position, the extract is intended for work in the home of elderly people. Your New Workplace Home Care is part of the Health and Care Administration, the Elderly Care Department, and has 145 employees. We have three home care areas: Centrum, Björndammen, and Sävedalen. Regardless of area, you'll become part of a warm, competent, and solution-focused team where we work closely with colleagues and clients. Working hours vary between day and evening shifts as well as weekends. Common working hours are 07:00-15:30, 07:00-14:00, 14:00-22:30, 15:30-22:30.
