We are now seeking two Assistant Operations Managers at Duvan in Linköping – with different skill profiles but with a shared goal: to create the best possible quality of life for our residents. About the Role As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will, together with two Operations Managers and your colleague in the other Assistant Operations Manager position, lead and develop the operations. The position is based on close collaboration and shared leadership where you together are responsible for creating good conditions for the operations' development, quality, and work environment. You will work systematically with operations development, quality work, and follow-up, as well as support employees in daily work to ensure safe and person-centered care and services. You report to the Operations Managers and are an active part of the operations' management team. We are Seeking Two Different Profiles We are looking for you who are a licensed occupational therapist or physiotherapist with leadership experience, or alternatively you who are a social worker with experience from elderly care. Common to both profiles is that you want to be part of developing the operations with a focus on quality, rehabilitative approaches, and a meaningful everyday life for our elderly. Where You Will Work Duvan is centrally located in Linköping and has a total of 94 apartments distributed over four floors. The operations consist of 71 apartments with a focus on somatic care and services, as well as 23 apartments for people with dementia. Who Are You? Qualifications We are looking for you who are either a licensed occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or nurse with leadership experience, or a social worker with experience from elderly care and leadership. For both positions, we see that you have: At least two years of experience leading employees and teams Experience with documentation and work in operations systems Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written It is a merit if you have experience from elderly care. If you move forward in the process, we will request certificates for the above qualifications. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record register. We also request a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency. Merits It is a merit if you have training in leadership or experience leading, as well as experience from operations run in the private sector.
