The facility has 80 modern apartments spread over four floors and offers a pleasant environment, including a terrace with a fantastic view over Oviksfjällen. The role as an Assistant Operations Manager that makes a difference: As an Assistant Operations Manager, you will, in collaboration with the Operations Manager, be responsible for leading and developing the operation. You will work systematically to create optimal conditions for employees to provide high-quality care and services. You report directly to the Operations Manager and are expected to be an active and contributing member of the operation's management group. As an Assistant Operations Manager, you should have the following qualifications and experience: We are looking for: - University or college education, e.g., nurse, social worker, behavioral scientist, or equivalent. - At least two years of experience in successfully leading employees and teams. - Good knowledge and experience of work and reporting in various support systems, e.g., journal, planning, and payroll systems. - If you proceed in the process, we will request certificates for the above education. Before we offer employment, you must provide an unopened extract from the police's criminal record register. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, for example a passport or approved work permit from the Swedish Migration Agency. Meritorious: It is meritorious if you have leadership training or experience in leading, as well as experience of operations run in the private sector.
