The Kidney Clinic is part of the Internal Medicine operational area and provides specialized care for patients with kidney disease and kidney failure. The clinic includes a kidney outpatient clinic, kidney failure clinic, and dialysis services in the form of both peritoneal dialysis (PD) and hemodialysis, where various professionals work together to provide patients with safe and secure care. We are a stable unit with committed staff and low employee turnover. We are now looking for an assistant nursing unit manager who wants to lead, develop, and drive the operations forward together with us. 1 position(s). DUTIES As an assistant nursing unit manager, you work together with the nursing unit manager to lead, develop, and monitor operations. You have a central role in daily operations and contribute to the clinic reaching its goals with a focus on quality, patient safety, work environment, and resource efficiency. The role involves close and operational leadership with a particular focus on dialysis operations, where you support staff in their daily work. You have the opportunity to combine leadership with your nursing expertise and the option to participate in clinical work when needed. You actively contribute to creating involvement, engagement, and good conditions for the team to succeed. You are confident in your actions and have the ability to create involvement while being able to make decisions and prioritize when operations require it.
