Would you like to lead primary healthcare during a time of development and change? We are now seeking an Assistant Director of Care for Your Health Center Ljusdal-Ramsjö. Together with the Director of Care and another Assistant Director of Care, you will play an important role in leading the operations and our engaged staff through an exciting transition as primary healthcare is now being conducted in corporate form. With us, several professions work side by side – nurses, nursing assistants, district nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists, psychologists, social workers, child health nurses, and physicians among others – with the patient at the center as our shared guiding star. Through close collaboration with other operations and units, we contribute to safe, accessible, and sustainable healthcare for our residents. 1 position(s). WORK DUTIES As Assistant Director of Care, you will have close and operational leadership where you, together with the Director of Care and another Assistant Director of Care, lead Your Health Center Ljusdal-Ramsjö. As Assistant Director of Care, you will • be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and planning of daily operations for your personnel groups/unit, as well as conducting salary and development conversations • ensure quality, patient safety, and a good work environment for staff • support competency development and contribute to long-term competency supply • create security and participation for staff in change work and capitalize on their engagement • contribute to the development of work methods and processes in the operations • actively collaborate with other units and professions within healthcare to always put the patient's best interests first With us you will • be part of leading operations during an exciting time of change and development • develop your leadership in close collaboration with the Director of Care and colleagues • work in an operation where the patient always stands at the center • contribute to creating engagement, security, and joy of work among our staff • have freedom within the scope of your assignment to drive development and improvement work. To succeed in this role, you need • higher education or work experience that the employer deems equivalent.
