What you will be part of Hagströmska Gymnasium is one of Sweden's most prominent sports gymnasiums and offers an environment where studies and sports develop together in a cohesive learning environment. Here, high ambitions in education and sports are combined with a culture characterized by community, reflection, and initiative. With one of Sweden's broadest offerings of sports at the upper secondary level and the opportunity to combine different programs, orientations, and sports education (LIU/NIU), we create conditions for students to develop their full potential. Several of our students have taken the step from talent to elite with our support along the way. Leadership runs as a common thread through AcadeMedia's vision to be leading in learning down to the school's vision of creating a culture where responsibility, courage, and trust characterize our daily life and work environment. Where we believe that through collaboration and a desire to learn, students and our staff are encouraged to challenge themselves in pursuit of reaching their full potential. What we offer you We offer a workplace where you, as a pedagogical leader and operations developer, work together with colleagues to lead and develop the school's sometimes complex mission. In this role, you are responsible for four to five programs with primary focus on the school's vocational programs. You have a good understanding of systematic quality work and are accustomed to working strategically with development, follow-up, and results. It is meritorious if you have experience working in an organization where sports are an integrated part of education, or in another way have the ability to lead in an environment where multiple perspectives need to cooperate. You are a confident and clear leader who creates engagement, participation, and structure. As a personnel manager, you have the ability to build trusting relationships, support staff in their development, and contribute to a strong learning organization. You are communicative and presentable in external contexts and find it easy to create and maintain contacts with industry and business. We also see that you have good financial understanding and experience with budget work and follow-up. You are analytical, structured, and have the ability to make well-founded decisions, while being flexible and solution-oriented.
