As an Assistant Principal at Vansbro Education Center, Learning Center, and Vansbro Dance and Music School, you will lead and develop the operations together with your colleagues based on both national and local policy documents. As Assistant Principal, you are responsible for ensuring that each student feels secure and receives support according to their needs. You are a clear-minded manager and present leader who understands the importance of unlocking your colleagues' expertise and capacity so that together, through dialogue, you drive development forward. You are responsible for personnel, finances, workplace environment issues, and operational development. Your work includes collaboration both locally and regionally with municipalities and various authorities, including DalaVux (Dalarna Municipalities in Adult Education Cooperation), Skolverket, the Swedish Agency for Higher Vocational Education, the Swedish Public Employment Service, and collaboration with other sectors in Vansbro Municipality, among others. You will be part of the management group for principals and other leaders within the learning sector. You have access to qualified support in areas including HR and finance. The position also includes providing qualified support to the school principal in investigations and representation in various collaboration groups. This support should benefit all leaders within the sector and will be distributed between the principal and assistant principal. 1 position(s).
