Assistant Principal

Pysslingen Preschools is seeking an Assistant Principal As an Assistant Principal at Pysslingen Preschools, you will help bring our offering "A safe and stimulating world full of possibilities" to life for children, parents, and staff. About the Role You will work closely with the operations to meet the needs of each preschool in the best possible way within a preschool area consisting of 3 facilities. The position is located in the northern part of the city. The Assistant Principal will support the Principal. The Principal delegates responsibility areas and work tasks to the Assistant Principal based on the needs of the preschools. You will act as the Principal's substitute when needed. The work involves contact with staff and site managers at each preschool, as well as external contacts with parents, municipalities, property owners, and suppliers. The role includes personnel, finance, and workplace environment responsibility. You report to the Principal. We are looking for you who - Have experience in and knowledge of preschool operations - Have previous experience leading and coaching staff based on the curriculum - Have a higher education degree in education with preschool teacher or teaching certification - Have excellent Swedish language skills - Have high digital competence and learn new systems easily We also see that you - With great commitment want to contribute to our wonderful preschools - Are a strong pedagogical leader - Have strengths in building relationships and communicating Our Employee Offer We offer you a varied and stimulating role with many contact points, good terms and benefits, and a strong sense of community.
