Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola Göteborg Odin is Gothenburg's largest independent upper secondary school and offers both vocational and college preparatory programs. We are now seeking an Assistant Principal. Your Assignment We are seeking an Assistant Principal for our school, as our current colleague is moving on to another role within Drottning Blanka. As Assistant Principal, you will be responsible for three of the school's programs, including responsibility for student welfare and student affairs. You will also have personnel responsibility for approximately 20 employees in your programs. You will be part of an experienced leadership team that works closely together. This is a permanent, full-time position. Your Profile We are looking for someone with a teaching background and experience in school leadership. You are a clear, present, and trustworthy leader who builds confidence and engagement in your surroundings. You are a good communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with both students and staff as well as guardians and other partners. You are courageous, decisive, and responsible. You work independently and in a structured manner and thrive in a development-oriented environment where collaboration, participation, and relational school leadership are in focus. Principal training and experience in personnel management are merits. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
