Responsibilities In the role of Assistant Project Manager, you will, together with other colleagues, drive development in all real estate-related matters where you independently lead real estate projects for clients from concept to completion. You participate in early stages with budgeting and product development in close dialogue with the client, tenant, architect, and ensure optimization of developed concepts. You ensure project economics alongside thorough quality follow-up. Work Tasks As an Assistant Project Manager, you have a large and broad responsibility including: Independently leading smaller projects for clients Together with the project manager, leading real estate projects from concept to completed occupied building Budgets, early product development in collaboration with client, tenant, and architect, development and optimization of developed concepts Leading work with producing drawings, tender documents, procurement of contractors Project management and BAS-P assignments BAS-U assignments Economic follow-up of projects and reporting internally and to client Leading quality follow-up of procured contractors Leading and participating in construction, design, and coordination meetings, etc. during the production phase Alignment meetings with clients and tenants Planning, leading, and conducting negotiations Contact with authorities to ensure required building permits and other necessary permits Experience and Knowledge You have an academic education, preferably a Civil Engineer in Infrastructure and Planning or equivalent higher education. We would like you to have at least 3-5 years of experience in project development and/or implementation. You have good knowledge of construction law and economics and possess negotiation experience. You have an understanding of our clients' long-term business to best be able to contribute in projects.
