The assignment has varying workload over time, and we are therefore primarily seeking someone who can work as a subconsultant through their own company or an established employee leasing company. Responsibilities Support the lead project manager in planning, governance, and implementation of the project. Participate in early stages, detailed planning work, design, and production phase. Coordinate project designers, technical specialists, construction management, contractors, and other involved parties. Monitor project progress, finances, schedule, risks, and deliverables. Participate in preparations for contracting and execution of major contracts. Represent the project organization in ongoing contact with various project parties. Contribute to structure, documentation, decision-making support, and follow-up throughout the project's various phases. Requirements for the Role At least 10 years of professional experience as project manager and/or assistant project manager within infrastructure. Documented experience with major development projects that have included extensive infrastructure works. Documented experience with the detailed planning process. At least one relevant reference project from the past ten years where: the project encompassed infrastructure valued at over 300 million kronor, detailed planning work and development were included, you held the position of project manager or assistant project manager, and your involvement lasted at least 24 months. At least three years of architecture or technical university education, four years of technical high school education, at least two years of relevant technical vocational education, or equivalent competence. Very good Swedish in speech and writing. Contactable reference person with overarching technical and financial responsibility from the client side who can verify your contribution in the reference project. Ability to invoice through your own company with F-tax status or through an established employee leasing company. Willingness to undergo security clearance and potential background check if required by the assignment. Meritorious Experience with harbor, quay, or similar major marine facility projects. Experience working within protected objects or other security-sensitive project environments. Experience from very large and long-running development projects with multiple parallel technical areas. Documented very good results in financial management, project follow-up, and coordination. Who We Are Looking For You are a senior and confident project manager who can quickly grasp a complex project environment. You work in a structured and independent manner while being skilled at coordinating people with different technical and organizational backgrounds. You need to be solution-oriented, communicative, and experienced in driving matters forward while maintaining control over finances, schedule, quality, and details. The role is particularly well-suited for you if you thrive in large projects with long time horizons and many dependencies. Workplace and Setup The assignment is located in the southern Stockholm area and runs through several project phases until around 2035. The estimated total scope is approximately 5,000 hours with the possibility of additional work. Workload will vary depending on the project's different phases. The exact distribution between on-site work and any other work arrangement needs to be clarified. Parts of the work may occur in a security-sensitive environment and may therefore involve security clearance and background checks. Application Please submit the following materials: CV clearly showing the above experience and projects. A brief description of your experience with large development and infrastructure projects.
