Associate Lawyer or Attorney at Small Law Firm in Stockholm

We are seeking an outgoing and meticulous associate lawyer or attorney for our law firm and our Notarius Publicus operations in Stockholm (a law degree is required). You have worked at least 1–2 years as an associate lawyer or are already practicing as an attorney. You should have a particular interest in criminal law, family law, and asylum law. You will also assist clients with managing cases within our Notarius Publicus operations. We are located in pleasant offices in central Stockholm where the pace is high and positive. We meet with clients, handle document certifications, answer calls and emails, and assist with administrative tasks. It is a small office with 4–5 employees, and everyone needs to be able to handle virtually all tasks. You are proficient in the Office suite and Excel without difficulty, are sociable, and enjoy meeting clients both in person, by phone, and by email. You are comfortable in the digital environment and accustomed to multiple communication channels. You are fluent in Swedish and English in both spoken and written form, and if you also master Spanish, that is a significant advantage. Other languages are also considered merits. As a person, you are proactive, solution-oriented, structured, and step in where needed. You are meticulous, flexible, accustomed to a fast pace, and enjoy managing multiple tasks within both the law firm and Notarius Publicus operations. Furthermore, you are unpretentious, creative, goal-oriented, and consider excellent service as a matter of course. This is a full-time position with start date in October or by agreement.
