You lead in the midst of daily work As assistant unit manager, you are an important partner to the unit manager and a clear leader in day-to-day work. You help create structure, address what needs to be solved, and ensure that decisions and routines actually work in everyday practice. One moment you support a team member. The next you follow up on quality, review staffing, or drive a development initiative forward. You need to thrive with both aspects. In the role you will, among other things: lead and support team members in their daily work work with staffing, scheduling, and follow-up monitor quality parameters, routines, goals, and ongoing projects together with the unit manager drive the operation's development contribute to high quality and patient safety an important part of the role is to work together with the unit manager to drive the operation's digital development by implementing and following up on digital working methods and supporting team members in using our digital tools in an efficient and quality-assured manner be the unit manager's substitute during absences The position is combined with work in your base profession and within ASIH also certain days in the role of coordinator. This means you continue to be part of the operation and daily work you help lead. The position is full-time with daytime work, Monday–Friday. Who do we think you are? You have very strong expertise within your profession and experience from ASIH or other relevant operations. But for this role, we are above all looking for the right way to lead. You are confident enough to make decisions, attentive enough to listen to others, and organized enough to follow things through to completion. You work closely with the unit manager, where good and trustful collaboration is an important prerequisite for driving the operation forward together based on shared goals and priorities. You have clear but humble leadership You like order and follow-up, but you also see the people behind the schedules and figures. You can inspire and motivate others.
