We are now looking for a committed and service-oriented bistro staff member who wants to help ensure our guests have a wonderful stay with us. Job Responsibilities As a bistro staff member, you will be an important part of the destination's service offering and will be responsible for creating a positive dining experience for our guests. The work tasks are varied and may include: Food preparation and serving according to our concept. Cash handling and sales of food and beverages. Guest reception and service. Dishing, cleaning, and sanitizing work surfaces. Restocking and handling of goods. Ensuring that the bistro environment is pleasant, clean, and welcoming. When needed, contributing to activities, quizzes, and other arrangements at the destination. Supporting colleagues in other areas when operations require it. Working Hours This is a seasonal position during the summer with varying hours of employment. The scope is typically between 20–40 hours per week, but can be adjusted through dialogue based on operational needs and your availability. Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant industry's collective agreement. Who Are You? We are looking for someone who enjoys working at a fast pace and has a genuine interest in service. You like meeting people and contribute to a positive atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. We would like to see that you: Have experience from restaurants, cafés, fast food operations, or similar service roles. Have education in hotel and restaurant management, which is a merit but not a requirement. Are flexible and enjoy varying work tasks. Have good collaboration skills and contribute to a positive work environment. Are responsible, proactive, and solution-oriented. Can communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Swedish is a merit but not a requirement. Are at least 18 years old, as the role involves alcohol responsibility and serving alcoholic beverages.
