WORK RESPONSIBILITIES As a benefits administrator with us, you work according to the Social Services Act with elderly clients. You receive applications, investigate, assess, and make decisions on services always with a focus on legal certainty and respectful treatment. The work involves close contact with the individual, their relatives, or legal representatives. Because you often meet people in changed or complex life situations, you need to be able to see possibilities, convey hope, and create security in these meetings. The work is largely independent, but you are part of an engaged team where collegial support and collaboration are a natural part of everyday work. We work according to the person-centered method Individual Needs in Focus (IBIC) and use Treserva as our operational system. As a benefits administrator with us, you also get to: • Make a real difference in elderly people's daily lives • Be part of developing the future of elderly care • Become part of a competent and engaged team • Develop in a time when the Social Services Act sets new requirements and opens new opportunities QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who have: • A degree as a social worker or other education that the employer deems equivalent. • Experience exercising authority within elderly care. • Knowledge of current legislation, exercise of authority, and legally sound case management. • Good experience using IT as a support in your work, such as Office suite, Teams, etc. • Good ability to express yourself clearly, both orally and in writing, in Swedish. • Valid driver's license with B-category authorization, as some meetings take place in users' homes or other locations. You are confident in your assessments and stand firmly in your profession. We conduct background checks, which means that a candidate must provide an extract from the police records office before employment. We consider it advantageous if you have: • Social law knowledge. • Experience with benefit assessment according to IBIC. • Worked in the operational system Treserva and/or Cosmic link.
