TASK DESCRIPTION Our unit has specialized teams that work toward both long-term and short-term goals, such as when discharging from inpatient care. As support in your daily work, you have specialist case handlers to turn to and also an investigation administrator who facilitates daily operations. The work involves daily contact with multidisciplinary professionals and individuals to investigate and decide on services under SoL. You will be part of a team with extensive experience and great job satisfaction. Continuous competence development in the form of both internal and external training as well as professional supervision is part of the work, and we offer flexible working hours and the opportunity for partial remote work. QUALIFICATIONS You should have higher education corresponding to a degree in social work or other education/experience deemed equivalent. You are welcome to apply both as a newly graduated case handler and as an experienced one. You must also have a B driver's license. We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience with home and care planning in connection with discharge from inpatient care, the same applies if you have knowledge of VIVA, IBIC and Cosmic Link. Östhammars municipality is a Finnish-speaking administrative municipality and we see it as an advantage if you speak Finnish.
