JOB RESPONSIBILITIES As an assistance caseworker in Social Psychiatry under the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Act Concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments (LSS), you will help ensure that our service users receive approved support in a legally secure manner. We work with quality awareness and with the individual in focus. Our unit handles applications within the LSS and Social Services Act areas. In your work with us, you will participate in planning and coordinating support measures and collaborate with service providers and other partners. Currently, a change process is underway to make it easier for our service users to receive the right support at the right time, and as an employee you will participate in this work together with your own unit and the rest of the administration. QUALIFICATIONS You need to have: · A degree in social work or another education that the employer deems equivalent; knowledge of social law is a requirement. · Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. · Good computer skills as high demands are placed on communication and documentation. It is advantageous if you have: · Experience working with authority functions. · Knowledge of the Lifecare management system as well as the IBIC methodology. As an assistance caseworker, you are structured, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills as the role involves cooperation between different authorities, service providers, service users/relatives. You are able to work independently, take personal responsibility, and work well in teams. We see that you have a positive attitude, are creative and flexible. Employment type: Fixed-term employment. Duration: 6 months or longer, start date: By agreement, end date: 2027-08-31. Working hours: Daytime. Selection and interviews are ongoing.
