About the Position You will be employed by us and assigned to perform standard duties as a support services coordinator within elderly care. You will be responsible for investigating, assessing needs, and making decisions on support for individuals aged 65 and older, primarily according to the Social Services Act (SoL). Follow-up on interventions is also part of the work. The role requires sensitivity to the needs of elderly clients and involves close collaboration with our client's employees.
