Work Tasks As an assistance case officer, you work with government authority functions within elderly care and support for people with disabilities. You conduct individual comprehensive assessments, make decisions, follow up on interventions, and collaborate with other actors – all with a focus on legal certainty, respect, and individual needs. Qualifications The role requires: Sociology degree or equivalent education Experience with documentation in digital systems Driver's license category B A structured and empathetic working approach and good collaboration skills Personal qualities: As an assistance case officer, you meet people in different life situations daily, often with great need for support. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a genuine interest in other people and who shows understanding and empathy. You communicate easily and build good collaborations with colleagues, relatives, and other professionals. You work independently and in a structured manner, with the ability to organize and prioritize your work efficiently. You are flexible and decisive, adapt to changes, and drive processes forward with a clear goal in sight. Since the work involves many contacts with different actors, your collaboration skills are very important. We value that you have good self-awareness – that you know when you need support and dare to ask for help, but also that you share your knowledge with colleagues. You contribute to safe and legally secure decision-making for each Falubo. We also place great emphasis on personal suitability. Meritorious qualifications: Experience with assistance assessments, preferably focused on the elderly Experience with IBIC, Individual Needs in Focus Good digital skills and experience working in Treserva Employment Terms Permanent employment full-time with possibility of part-time, start as soon as possible.
