Duties:
Client reception, registration, and documentation processing.
Work with client registration software.
Scheduling appointments.
Client communication (including international) via phone and email.
Communication with veterinarians.
Work with cash register.
Requirements:
Previous work experience in veterinary medicine or healthcare will be considered an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of Latvian language. Basic English language skills for working with international clients.
Good computer skills.
High sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
