Job Responsibilities
With us, you work independently with laboratory work, manual/automated methods to diagnose defects in the immune system, autoimmune, allergic and autoinflammatory diseases. The investigations may concern diagnostics and/or assessment of disease activity. In addition to routine work, various improvement initiatives/projects are ongoing.

Qualifications
Licensed biomedical analyst. As a person, you enjoy varied work and can handle situations with both higher and lower pace in a structured manner. To thrive with us, you have a good ability to collaborate and communicate with your colleagues, as well as good interpersonal skills and understanding of our customers. Previous experience with laboratory work is meritorious.

About the Operation
The Laboratory Medicine operational area has overall responsibility for laboratory medicine services provided at the laboratories within Örebro University Hospital, Karlskoga Hospital and Lindsberg Hospital. We operate a broad range of services in clinical chemistry, bacteriology, virology, immunology, transfusion medicine including therapeutic plasmapheresis treatment, pathology, cytology and molecular genetics. The operational area also includes Sterile Technology. Approximately 300 people work here with routine diagnostics, research and development, and education.
