BingoRingen is proud to be a collaboration partner with Swedish community organizations. Our vision is to conduct bingo games and lotteries with great heart, lots of joy, and in a responsible and developmental way.
Guests come to us for a social and pleasant break in their everyday lives with fun bingo games. All of our surplus goes to community organizations, which makes our work very meaningful.
BingoRingen was founded on December 29, 2017, but management was active in bingo long before that. Today we operate multiple bingo halls throughout Sweden with our headquarters in Karlstad.
Description of work tasks:
We're now looking for an employee who can work on an as-needed basis at both of our halls in Landskrona and Helsingborg. Work shifts are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends. Since we're open every day of the week, shifts fall on varying weekdays.
Work tasks include sales, café operations, cash handling and customer service, as well as calling bingo in Helsingborg. For us, it's important that customers are in focus and that we provide the best possible service and experience. During your first period with us, you'll receive training to learn and understand the work. After that, you'll work independently on your shifts.
Description of qualifications:
We want you to be service-oriented, responsive, social, and stress-resilient with good Swedish language skills in speech and writing. It's a bonus if you speak additional languages, but it's not required. A plus is if you have a good head for numbers and are a quick learner.

At BingoRingen in Landskrona and Helsingborg, we work our own shifts, so it's important that you can work independently and take your own initiative. If you have previously worked in customer service and sales, we see that as a merit, but greatest weight will be placed on your personal qualities.
