We make Gothenburg more sustainable every day. Position Description Within the Operational Leasing Business Unit are the Fleet Management, Service Market, and Car Rental Center units. The Car Rental Center is responsible for car rentals and additional services, where vehicle care is an important part of maintaining our customers' vehicles and our own rental fleet. Other additional services are offered within our Drop-Off Service, including monthly vehicle maintenance subscriptions. We are now seeking new team members for our vehicle care operations. In this role, you are an important part of ensuring that our vehicles maintain high quality and that our customers have a positive experience. We are now hiring vehicle care specialists for Gothenburg City Leasing AB. Responsibilities As a vehicle care specialist, you are responsible for ensuring that our rental and replacement vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for the next rental period. You will work primarily with: washing and cleaning vehicles, interior and exterior fueling and preparing vehicles carrying out and documenting damage inspections performing ordered washing and cleaning services booking and planning vehicle care services processing and tracking sales orders and following up on completed services following procedures and ensuring high quality in your work closely collaborating with colleagues in car rentals and customer reception. When needed, as part of relief planning, you may also work as a service driver. This involves picking up and dropping off vehicles at customer locations and driving vehicles to and from services such as maintenance, tire changes, and vehicle inspections. The work is sometimes physically demanding and the pace can vary. You therefore need to be thorough, organized, efficient, and stress-resilient, with good physical fitness. Qualifications We are looking for someone with a strong interest in cars who is engaged, reliable, and service-oriented. You work well with others, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a professional and friendly demeanor with both customers and colleagues. Experience in vehicle care, reconditioning, transport, or work within the automotive or rental car industry is a merit. Requirements: B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicles strong Swedish language skills, both spoken and written good experience using phone, computer, and iPad relevant three-year vocational secondary education or equivalent.
