About the Role
As a vehicle reconditioning technician, you are responsible for ensuring our cars are clean, fresh, and presentable for photography, sales, and delivery.
The work is practical and varied. You work both independently and together with colleagues at a fast pace, where quality and attention to detail are always the focus.
Key Responsibilities
You will work with:
Polishing vehicles
Interior and exterior washing
Deep cleaning of interior, upholstery, and details
Maintaining order and structure in the reconditioning department
Vacuuming, steam cleaning, and stain removal
Assisting with other tasks as needed
Recondition incoming cars for photography and sales
Recondition sold cars to ensure high quality before delivery
Collaborate with photography, logistics, and sales to create the best possible customer experience
Ensure each car meets Bilsmidigt's quality standards for photography and delivery
We are Looking for You If You
Have a B driver's license
Have an eye for detail
Are meticulous and quality-conscious
Are stress-resistant and can prioritize your work
Are punctual, responsible, and well-organized
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Thrive with practical work and a fast work pace
Have access to your own car, as the workplace lacks good public transportation
Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or the automotive industry is a plus but not required. What matters most to us is that you have the right attitude, want to learn, and take responsibility for your work.
