At our rental station in Mora, we are now looking for several new service-oriented Car Rental Agents/Vehicle Attendants who want to be part of an exciting everyday where no two days are the same. We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed on weekdays between 07:00 and 16:00. About the Role As a Car Rental Agent/Vehicle Attendant with us, you play a central role in the customer's overall experience – from first contact and vehicle handover to return. Your mission is to create a smooth, safe, and positive rental process where both the customer and the vehicle are in focus. Your tasks include: Handling bookings and customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person Renting out vehicles and preparing rental agreements Receiving and delivering vehicles and planning the station's available fleet Cleaning, preparing, and handling minor damage repairs on vehicles Ongoing administration related to the business Who Are You? Perhaps you have previously worked in service, sales, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or transportation and have an interest in cars. A requirement for the position is a Class B driver's license and that you speak Swedish and English fluently, both orally and in writing.
