As a vehicle quality assurance tester, you are an important part of our quality process and help us ensure that our cars meet high standards before they move forward to sales or delivery. About the Role As a vehicle quality assurance tester, you ensure quality through test drives and thorough inspections according to a clear checklist. You check the vehicle's function, driving characteristics, and condition to identify any defects or deviations before the car moves forward in the process. The work suits you if you are detail-oriented, work methodically, and are comfortable with responsibility where thoroughness is critical. Key Responsibilities You will work with: - Test driving cars according to a fixed checklist - Simple relocation, pickup, and delivery of cars as needed - Checking brakes, steering, sounds, vibrations, and driving characteristics - Photographing and reporting any deviations to the workshop or logistics - Documenting results and observations via mobile phone (we will train you on the system) - Simple function checks, such as lighting, air conditioning, infotainment, and warning lights What We're Looking For - You can clearly describe defects and deviations - You have a Class B driver's license for manual transmission and good driving experience - You are thorough, organized, and follow procedures and checklists - You have an interest in cars and want to develop within the automotive industry - You are responsible and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Prior experience in vehicle testing, workshop, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
