About the Role As a vehicle test driver, you quality assure our cars through test drives and thorough inspections according to a clear checklist. You inspect the car's function, driving characteristics, and condition to detect any defects or deviations before the car moves forward in the process. The work suits you if you are detail-oriented, work methodically, and are comfortable with a responsibility where precision is crucial. Work Tasks You will work with, among other things: Test driving cars according to a fixed checklist Simple movement, pickup, and delivery of cars as needed Inspecting brakes, steering, sounds, vibrations, and driving characteristics Photographing and reporting any deviations to the workshop or logistics Documenting results and observations via mobile phone; we'll teach you the system Simple function checks, such as lighting, air conditioning, infotainment, and warning lights We Are Looking for You Can describe defects and deviations clearly Have a Class B driver's license for manual transmission and good driving experience Are thorough, structured, and follow routines and checklists Have an interest in cars and want to develop in the automotive industry Are responsible and comfortable working both independently and in a team Previous experience with vehicle testing, workshop work, or the automotive industry is a plus, but not required.
