You will be working with: As an auto metalworker at Werksta Helsingborg, you'll be part of an engaged team where quality, precision, and efficient workflow are central. Responsibilities Repair and replace body parts and perform straightening of sheet metal and frames. Perform welding, bonding, and riveting according to applicable requirements and safety regulations. Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs; minor mechanical work may occur. Use modern measuring and repair tools and document completed work in workshop systems. Collaborate with damage assessors, painters, and other colleagues for efficient workflow and high quality. Ensure that repairs meet the workshop's high standards for quality and safety. Contribute to a well-organized, safe, and customer-focused work environment in the workshop. Your Profile We're looking for you with vehicle training and several years of experience in auto body and metalwork. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and technically interested. Experience from the auto damage industry or working with premium vehicles is a plus. Since the role may include auto mechanical tasks, experience with assembly/disassembly and basic mechanics is desirable. Documented experience from auto body and metalwork or equivalent practical experience. Category B driver's license required. Experience with auto welding and use of measuring equipment is desirable. Structured, responsible, and a good team player. Solution-oriented, flexible, and curious about new technology and work methods. Good collaboration skills and ability to work independently when needed. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
