You will be working with: As an auto body repairman at Werksta Helsingborg, you'll become part of an engaged team where quality, precision, and efficient workflow are central. You will perform body repairs and auto body work on passenger vehicles according to manufacturer and insurance company guidelines. The position may include mechanical tasks such as disassembly, assembly, and minor mechanical adjustments. You'll work closely with damage assessors, painters, and other workshop staff to ensure quick and accurate repairs and high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Repair and replace body parts and perform metal and frame straightening. Perform welding, adhesive bonding, and riveting according to current requirements and safety regulations. Assemble and disassemble vehicle parts in connection with repairs; minor mechanical work may occur. Use modern measuring and repair tools and document completed work in the workshop system. Collaborate with damage assessors, painters, and other colleagues for efficient workflow and high quality. Ensure that repairs meet the workshop's high standards for quality and safety. Contribute to an orderly, safe, and service-oriented work environment in the workshop. Your Profile We're looking for someone with vehicle training and several years of experience in auto body work and sheet metal repair. You are thorough, quality-conscious, and technically interested. Experience from the automotive damage repair industry or work with premium vehicles is a merit. Since the role may include automotive mechanical tasks, experience with assembly/disassembly and basic mechanics is a merit. Documented experience in auto body work and sheet metal repair or equivalent practical experience. B-level driver's license required. Experience with auto welding and use of measuring equipment is a merit. Structured, responsible, and a good team player. Solution-oriented, flexible, and curious about new technology and work methods. Good collaboration skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
