Job Responsibilities We're looking for a driven body shop technician! In your role as a body shop technician, you'll work to restore damaged vehicles to a safe and professional condition. You're responsible for all bodywork, from disassembly and damage assessment to straightening, repair, and final assembly. The work is performed with precision and a focus on quality, efficiency, and manufacturer requirements. Your main responsibilities: - Repair and straighten damaged bodies. - Perform welding, adhesive bonding, and riveting. - Disassemble and assemble vehicle and body parts. - Assess damage and select the appropriate repair method. - Prepare vehicles for painting. - Collaborate with claims adjusters and painters. - Document completed work and material usage. - Work efficiently according to planned delivery schedules. - Follow safety, quality, and work procedures. - Contribute to a safe and well-organized workshop. Your Profile We're looking for someone who: - Has relevant education or experience in vehicle body repair. - Possesses skills in body repairs, straightening, and welding. - Has experience working with steel and preferably aluminum. - Can interpret and follow technical repair instructions. - Is meticulous, solution-focused, and quality-conscious. - Enjoys taking responsibility and working independently. - Collaborates well and contributes to positive team dynamics. - Is flexible and committed to maintaining high quality and good delivery schedules. - Holds a Class B driver's license. - Has fluent Swedish, both spoken and written.
