You are also familiar with using diagnostic tools and keeping yourself updated on the latest technology. Personal Qualities: You are thorough, solution-oriented, and enjoy taking responsibility for your work. You have a strong work ethic and are accustomed to working both independently and as part of a team. Customer Service: You understand the importance of providing customers with professional and friendly service and always deliver high-quality work.
