As an automotive mechanic, you are responsible for service, repair, and maintenance of the company's own vehicles as well as customers' passenger cars and light commercial vehicles. The work includes troubleshooting with diagnostic equipment, service according to manufacturer's recommendations, and repair of engines, brakes, steering, suspension, exhaust systems, clutches, transmissions, and electrical systems. You also perform tire service, wheel alignment, basic welding and assembly work, and inspections for vehicle inspections. The role includes ordering spare parts and consumables, maintaining order in the workshop, documenting completed work, and ensuring that work is carried out according to applicable safety and quality requirements. You have daily contact with both corporate and private customers, provide information about faults, proposed solutions and cost estimates, and contribute to professional and service-oriented customer interaction. Work tasks can be adapted. The work is performed in a small automotive workshop in a rural area with a calm and pleasant work environment. The business is characterized by a planned approach where work tasks are booked in advance, which provides good opportunities to work methodically and with high quality without unnecessary time pressure. The customer base consists mainly of returning corporate customers, private customers, and the company's own vehicles.
