About the Position
As a car painter, you will work with painting, finishing, and quality control of vehicle components and bodies. You follow given work instructions and ensure that work is performed with high precision and in accordance with Volvo Cars' quality requirements.
The work may include preparation for painting, sanding, primer work, color mixing, painting, and inspection and correction of any paint defects. You will be an important part of a team where precision, safety, and collaboration are essential to achieving common goals.

About You
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, responsible, and has a strong interest in vehicles and painting. You work methodically and with quality awareness, and have the ability to maintain focus even when the pace is high. Furthermore, you are flexible, solution-oriented, and enjoy working both independently and collaboratively with others.
Required Qualifications
Experience in car painting, industrial painting, or similar work
Passing grades (or at least E) in the following subjects: Mathematics a/1, Social Studies a/1, Swedish a/1 or Swedish as a Second Language a/1 & English a/5
Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
Category B driver's license
Meritorious
Education in vehicle painting, painting, or equivalent experience
