You will work with As an auto painter, you are responsible for performing preparatory work, painting, and post-treatment according to the workshop's procedures and manufacturer instructions. You work closely with the damage and body shop team as well as customer reception to ensure efficient workflows, correct color selection, and that vehicles are returned in a professional and customer-friendly condition. Prepare surfaces through sanding, priming, masking, and degreasing before painting Mix and match colors and adjust spray guns for optimal coverage Perform spray painting, clear coating, and polishing according to specifications Check quality and finish and correct any deviations before delivery Collaborate with body shop and sheet metal workers to ensure correct work orders and schedules Document completed work in workshop systems (Cabas & CabPlan) and monitor time and materials Ensure that work environment and safety procedures are followed, including handling of chemicals and protective equipment Participate in continuous improvement work for the workshop's processes and quality Your profile – Experienced, thorough, and quality-conscious We are looking for someone with several years of experience in auto painting in a workshop environment. You are self-driven, have high finishing standards in your work, and have a good understanding of paint technology and painting processes.
