We want to make buying or selling a car as easy as ordering groceries online. Do you want to be part of the journey? We're now looking for a committed and business-driven Buyer to join our team in Upplands Väsby. With us, you'll have a central role in driving the company forward by ensuring we purchase the right cars – at the right price, at the right time. We're looking for both those with experience from the automotive industry and those at the beginning of your career, but with a strong interest in cars and solid business drive. About the Role As a Buyer at Bilsmidigt, you'll influence the company's results and development every day. You're responsible for the entire purchasing process – from identifying the right vehicles to closing the deal and driving it to completion. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational drive. Your Responsibilities Identify attractive vehicles from various sourcing channels (e.g., leasing companies, resellers, private sellers) Negotiate with suppliers and ensure competitive purchases Develop and improve our purchasing strategies Collaborate with the logistics department for efficient handling of purchased vehicles Analyze the market for trends and sourcing opportunities Value trade-in vehicles in collaboration with others on the team Follow up on quality and performance of previous purchases Work data-driven and goal-oriented with purchasing results and margins Qualifications Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Experience from the automotive industry, purchasing, sales, or other relevant field Strong negotiation skills and business acumen Organized, thorough, and experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously Analytical with good decision-making abilities Comfortable with digital tools and working in modern IT systems A passionate interest in cars is a major plus Who Are You?
