As a Glass Technician at Borås Bil, you work with repair and replacement of vehicle glass on various types of vehicles. About the role As a Glass Technician, you are responsible for repair and replacement of vehicle glass and related tasks. You work both independently and together with colleagues to ensure that work is performed efficiently, safely, and with high quality. You have direct contact with the customer and are an important part of the customer's experience, contributing through professional service, precision in execution, and great dedication to service. The role involves varied work days where you combine technical work with customer contact. Responsibilities - Repair stone damage and replace vehicle windows. - Calibrate driver assistance systems after glass replacement. - Perform quality checks and ensure work meets applicable requirements. - Provide customers with professional service and advice. - Plan and execute work according to bookings and set timeframes. - Work actively for order, safety, and quality in the workplace. - Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to create a smooth customer experience. We are looking for you who have - Experience working with vehicle/auto glass replacement and repairs. - Driver's license (Category B). - Experience with practical or technical work. - Good service sense and professional customer service. - Ability to work independently and in a structured manner. - Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. - Meriting: Experience with vehicle repairs or other technical trades within the automotive industry.
