Håvas Bilar is looking for a driven and service-oriented employee for our car sales team in Helsingborg. We're seeking someone who enjoys customer interaction, sales, and cars, and who also thrives with administrative tasks. The role is varied and suits both those with previous sales experience and those with the right attitude who want to develop within the automotive industry. With us, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our operations and follow the entire process. From first customer contact through completed car sale and subsequent administration. About the Position As a car sales representative at Håvas Bilar, you will primarily work with sales of used cars, customer service, and administration. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting and assisting customers on-site, by phone, email, and through digital channels. Presenting and selling company vehicles. Identifying customer needs and helping customers find the right car. Following up on customer inquiries and leads. Booking and conducting test drives. Creating and publishing vehicle listings. Photographing cars and updating inventory information. Preparing purchase agreements and other documentation related to sales. Handling administrative tasks and documentation. Updating customer and vehicle information in company systems. Assisting with incoming and outgoing invoices and other ongoing administration. Contacting customers after completed transactions. Contributing to professional presentation of cars and sales areas. Assisting with other tasks as needed for daily operations. Can express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written. Hold a valid driver's license (Class B). Are motivated to learn and develop in car sales.
