About the Position As a car sales representative, you work independently throughout the entire sales process – from the first customer contact to closing the deal. You work proactively on customer follow-up, meet customers on the showroom floor, at events, and over the phone. The goal is to build long-term relationships and deliver professional customer service in every transaction. What We're Looking For We're seeking someone with an interest in sales and service who thrives in a role working closely with customers. You're driven, solution-oriented, and motivated by creating results. Customer service or service experience Experience with proactive sales (preferred) Post-secondary education in sales/marketing (preferred) Strong computer skills Fluent Swedish, written and spoken Class B driver's license for manual transmission (required) Other Information This is a full-time permanent position with an initial probationary period. The position is at Bilia Personbilar in Kungsbacka. Working hours follow a rotating schedule, and weekend shifts are included.
