As an important part of this development, we are now strengthening our team with a Flow Planner. In the role of Flow Planner, you ensure the preparation of new and used vehicles for sale, and that these are scheduled into the workflow at our service centers so that lead times are shortened while maintaining high quality and customer satisfaction. The preparation workflow consists largely of: arrival inspection/trade-in testing, service center/damage repair work, reconditioning, photography, advertising, and sales. You, together with the team, act as the hub and have contacts with both external but especially internal stakeholders. As a flow planner, you plan the workflow for multiple facilities in parallel. Your work supports the service centers by simplifying and reducing planning disruptions. Your main tasks include: Monitor vehicles that arrive at the facility Create work orders as a basis for the service center Schedule appointments at service center/damage repair/reconditioning Continuously follow up that all stakeholders complete their tasks and that finished vehicles are delivery scheduled by sales Continuously perform the administrative tasks that arise Our Requirements: You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You also have good computer skills. Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have previous experience in administration and/or logistics. If you have previously worked in the automotive industry, that is a plus. As a person, you are collaboration-oriented and organized. You are accustomed to driving your own work from start to finish with high quality throughout.
