We now need to strengthen our team and offer a workplace with nice colleagues and a relaxed atmosphere About the Position We are now looking for an engaged and relationship-building person who will take on a key role developing our recruitment unit in close collaboration with our assignment managers. Your tasks and responsibilities include: · Responsibility for the entire recruitment process - from job requirements to employment · Writing and publishing job postings in the right channels and actively seeking out candidates · Conducting phone interviews, reference checks, and sometimes organizing introductions · Supporting assignment managers in personnel planning and staffing · Ensuring that recruitment occurs in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and internal procedures The position involves both operational work and strategic development within recruitment, often in close dialogue with assignment managers and assistance users.
