As a Bid Manager at Nackademin, you are responsible for developing and leading bid management work that contributes to educating future competence in professions where the labor market has great needs. As a Bid Manager, you will have a key role in managing and further developing this work. You will be part of the marketing department and work closely with the bid director, bid coordinators, and other bid managers, as well as the rest of the educational operations. Within the framework of the joint bid strategy, you are responsible for driving bid processes from analysis and prioritization to completed applications, while also contributing to strategic decisions regarding quality, development, and financial considerations. Your Responsibilities As a Bid Manager, you are responsible for the entire bid process within your areas – from analysis to submitted and decided bids. You work with both new development of educational programs as well as reapplications of our existing ones, and the work involves many external and internal contact points. This means that you: Conduct structured environmental monitoring and analysis within labor market, skills supply, and education policy to strengthen future allocations. Interpret and analyze the Agency for University College Programmes' priorities, assessment criteria, and application procedures, and translate them into concrete decisions. Work to identify which educational programs and professional roles are strategically, qualitatively, and economically relevant to apply for, and develop content for these in collaboration with industry. Represent Nackademin in dialogue with employers and industry representatives, and ensure that new educational programs are developed in close collaboration with the business community and based on current competency needs. Write, edit, and quality-assure bid texts and ensure that applications' content is well-founded, clearly formulated, and adapted to the agency's assessment criteria. Have budget and planning responsibility for your bids, including financial assessments and resource planning for applications. Ensure that each bid is competitive, maintains high quality, and meets all formal requirements. Contribute to the development of working methods, templates, and quality assurance within the bid process. Nature of the Role This is a specialist role with significant independent responsibility. You are expected to: Work independently within given strategic frameworks and objectives. Translate analysis into decisions, priorities, and strategic choices. Write and quality-assure comprehensive bid and analysis documents. Balance quality, business considerations, and financial constraints. Contribute to the development of Nackademin's bid strategy and working methods. Collaborate internally with, among others, educational leaders and provide support on bid-related matters. Build long-term relationships with employers and business representatives within the framework of bid management work. Qualifications Post-secondary education from a university, college, or university college in an area relevant to the position. At least 2 years of professional experience from university college, education, or within procurement. Experience in compiling and analyzing both qualitative and quantitative data. Good communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
