Ref: 20262068 Job Responsibilities The work involves: Joining the KRUT/Jardin team Planning and implementing KOLL - anti-racism training for Ung i sommar Networking Working in a target-group adapted manner with a focus on participation Developing the KRUT/Jardin activities together with our users and creating a safe and creative meeting place Budget management Meeting residents of Malmö in other library activities Qualifications We are looking for someone with: At least 3 years of upper secondary education Knowledge of racism and anti-racism through studies and/or practical experience Education in pedagogical work with youth Experience working with young people Experience in anti-discrimination work Experience in initiating, planning and driving development work Experience meeting people in, for example, service or other customer-facing activities Good Swedish and English, spoken and written It is an advantage if you have: Experience with participation work Experience with networking Other languages besides Swedish and English, particularly one of Malmö's major languages B-class driver's license As a person, you are self-driven, easy to collaborate with, structured and reflective. About the Workplace KRUT is a place where young people can meet in creative and narrative work to open up new worlds, possibilities and dreams. You'll find KRUT on floor 3 in Ljusets kalender at Stadsbiblioteket. KRUT is located across from our other space for young people called Jardin. KRUT works co-creatively and hands-on in close collaboration with young people, associations and other partners. Our hope is that KRUT creates meetings between people with different backgrounds, circumstances and life situations. We build KRUT together with young people and others who work with youth in the city, and we want the activities to continue to be shaped in collaboration going forward. Jardin is the space focused on reading for young people. You'll find Jardin on floor 3 in Ljusets kalender at Stadsbiblioteket. Jardin is located across from our other space for young people called KRUT. Jardin is a place for reading promotion work for young people and young adults aged 14-30. Here you'll find all literature for young people as well as different types of seating, and creative spaces for young people with a cozy reading environment and relaxed socializing in smaller groups. Stadsbiblioteket's events focused on youth literature are based at Jardin. Malmö city's operations are organized across 14 departments.
