About the role As a BI developer with us, you work across the entire BI pipeline, from needs analysis and data modeling to finished reports and long-term maintenance. About you We're looking for someone who has both technical understanding and the ability to see the organization's challenges. For this role, you need: Post-secondary education in computer science, IT, data/BI, or another relevant field, alternatively corresponding work experience Several years of experience in BI development Very strong skills in Power BI Good skills in SQL Experience with data modeling Good understanding of ETL processes and data integration Experience with DAX and Power Query Experience developing BI solutions based on business needs Good Swedish in speech and writing It's advantageous if you also have: Experience with Power BI Report Server Experience with SSIS, SSRS, or SSAS Experience with SQL Server Experience with data warehouse solutions Experience with Tabular Editor Experience from the public sector or health and care services Experience with automation or AI support within the analytics area You share our values, which are built on participation, security, and respect.
