We are seeking two experienced developers responsible for maintenance and further development of Sussa data and analytics, a new virtual collaboration organization tasked with managing and developing a common data warehouse for nine regions. Sussa data and analytics is part of Sussa collaboration, a collaboration organization where nine regions work together to contribute to Swedish healthcare achieving the goals in the government's vision for e-health 2025. The collaboration between the nine regions is unique and work is currently underway to develop and implement a new, shared care information system. To leverage the opportunities to jointly develop output capabilities, the regions within Sussa collaboration have developed a platform and solution, a data warehouse, to manage the information in the care information system. Work is still ongoing and the solution will be deployed at the same time as the regions implement the care information system in production. Sussa data and analytics is the governance and delivery organization that will maintain and further develop the common platform and solution that each region subsequently deploys in its regional environment. Staffing for this role takes place within Sussa data and analytics and selection will therefore be made from applicants from all nine Sussa regions. You will be employed in the region but work directed toward Sussa data and analytics. As a developer within Sussa data and analytics, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that implementations proceed according to plan in the Sussa data warehouse and that testing and performance optimization are performed. You will also maintain documentation and metadata for the solution and be responsible for proper source code management. Your role will be broad and will therefore include participating in testing and troubleshooting work, maintenance and support, as well as in handover, training and support to regional BI teams. This is a position where you get to work in a driving and forward-thinking manner in a unique collaboration with colleagues within Sussa and the nine regions. You represent nine regions through our shared object Sussa data and analytics in forums with regional representatives and stakeholders as well as related object Sussa care support. As a developer in Sussa data and analytics, your assignment is to maintain and further develop the solution together with the team, which corresponds to the functions of design, development and testing. 1 position(s). DUTIES Development and maintenance of BI solutions • Design and develop data models, ETL processes and reports in our BI tools. • Optimize performance and ensure high data quality. • Maintain and further develop existing solutions in line with business needs. Data integration and quality assurance • Ensure that data from different sources is integrated in a structured and efficient manner. • Work with validation, testing and monitoring to guarantee correctness and consistency in data. • Automate testing and quality assurance processes where possible. Collaboration and requirements management • Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers and other developers to understand needs and requirements. • Transform business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in sprint planning, demos and retrospectives to contribute to continuous improvements. Innovation and process improvement • Stay updated on new technologies and approaches within the BI field. • Propose and implement improvements to streamline work with data and analytics. QUALIFICATIONS To succeed in this role, you need the ability to collaborate well with others. We also expect you to be able to lead and motivate others, as well as coordinate groups and create engagement. Furthermore, you have the ability to work with complex issues, analyze and solve complicated problems. You should also be able to plan, organize and prioritize your work efficiently. Requirements: • Post-secondary education in, for example, data engineering, systems science or other education that the employer deems relevant, or equivalent documented work experience • Several years of experience with Microsoft's BI platform • Experience developing BI solutions and data modeling according to Kimball • Solid SQL knowledge • Experience with data warehouse development • Experience working with tabular models • Good knowledge of Swedish language, both spoken and written Meriting: • Experience managing BI solutions • Experience with performance optimization and working with security issues • Understanding of and experience with data modeling • Other language skills Employment form: Permanent employment.
